  • Short, focused engagements

  • Honest about regulation, operations, and budget

Public Safety Agencies

You need to adopt new tech, fix an operational mess, or stop a costly misstep before it happens.

Technology Companies and Vendors

You have a strong product and need someone who can tell you how PSAPs actually buy, adopt, and run it at 2 a.m.

Who we serve

Services

Services

Engagements are scoped based on need, complexity, and timeline. Typical ranges are outlined below for planning purposes.
ACJ Public Safety does not provide long-term project management or large-scale implementation services. If your needs required those services, we will connect you with qualified partners - and remain available for targeted advisory support as needed.

What We DO:

We provide focused, short-term consulting that delivers clarity without locking you into long-term contracts.

Our work blends decades of industry experience with a deep understanding of your specific challenges, goals, and constraints—so decisions are informed, realistic, and defensible.

Why we do it.

  • Too many public safety projects fail, wasting time, money, and trust.

  • Too many good technology ideas never succeed because they don't align with PSAP Reality.

  • Public safety operations and technology must move forward —  thoughtfully, responsibly, and with honest guidance.

What We DON'T Do — On Purpose

We at ACJP are not a large consulting firm with a massive team.

We DO NOT upsell, expand scope, or create dependency.

We do not try to solve everything at once.

We focus on one clearly defined problem and work quickly to deliver what you need to take action.
